Toyota Repair: bulb replacement, phillips screws, 2005 toyota highlander

2005 Toyota Highlander; How to get to the shift indicator light in the floor console. It no longer lights up.

It's a simple matter of replacing the bulb that's connected from underneath to the shift indicator, the difficult part is removing the center console completely, remove the shifter trim piece, it just pops out, look for phillips screws underneath, oprn the center console and remove the small piece of carpet inside and remove the two bolts,remove the trim around the climate control panel, look for more phillips screws, pull the center console up, the bulb is in a small socket underneath.
