QuestionI replaced the Plugs,(gapped at 45_) new Wires, Rotor and cap. The Engine still runs like it has miss in one of the cylinder's. I have not run a compression check yet.
I am also looking for a vacuum leak,
What I need to know is: what terminals I need to jumper to set the base Timing, what the timing should be set at and
where to adjust the Idle on the fuel injection.
I do not have access to a manual
Thanks,

AnswerHi Johnny,
When you say it misses, does it idle bad and accelerate
poorly? Is it hard to start? How many miles? Did it miss
before you made those changes?
There is no idle adjustment and the timing will not be off
unless someone moved the distributor or replaced the timing belt.
I need to know all this and anything else that was changed, replaced,
or tampered with. It's the only way I can make a reasonable
assessment. Has anyone listen to the fuel injectors at idle
with a vehicle stethoscope?
