Toyota Repair: 1992 toyota pickup 22re 4x4 manual, fuel pump relay, diagnostic check

Where can I get to the fuel pump hot wire in the engine compartment ,as I need to splice into it for a duel fuel switch? My repair manual doesen't seam to have a color coded wireing diagram. All I know is it is a light blue wire comming from tank

Located the diagnostic check connector under the hood, find the FP terminal, this connector will be at 12 volts when the fuel pump runs, it branches off from the fuel pump relay, the wire comes in at the bottom of the connector and will still be light blue.
