Toyota Repair: toyota sequioa 2002 4x4, toyota sequioa, oxygen sensors

My car has has the engine,vsc, vsc track, abs,lights on.
I took it to the dealer. They change both Ecu (main+vsc)all the oxygen sensors. The catalytic converters x2. The throttle body. After all these changes my car still the same. I have no power I have to hit the pedal to the metal just to be able to move it. The dealer suggested changing my wire harness.This was not cover on my warranty so i went and took the car out. They also could not guarantee that changing the wire harness would fix my problem. I am home with a car that the engine sounds good but I cant drive it.
I visually check all the wire connections and they are all good. I forgot besides my wire harness they also said that the computer was giving them a code for the second time which is was for the throttle body which is brand new. They said that's why they believed it is my wire harness.  I don't think it is. I thought it might be my speed sensors. I don't want to change all the sensors to make this problem go away.

I would advise you to first find another toyota dealer, the one you have been going to is guessing what the problem may be and so far it has cost you probably a lot of money but the problem is not fixed, I doubt very seriously that the wire harness is the problem unless the vehicle has been in an accident. I'm pretty sure I can help with this because I see this kind of problem on sequioas on a regular basis, without getting too far into the technical aspects in most cases the check engine light is the prime cause of the problem and the abs/vsc warning lights are turned on because they are disabled when the check engine light turns on. I can help but only if you can provide the information that I need, I need to know what the diagnostic trouble codes(DTCs) were when you took it into the dealer for the first time, these should be listed on the repair order, I just need the numbers, not the description of the problem,if they are not available for some reason we will have to start fresh and get the trouble codes, I need all the codes including ENG/ECT, ABS/VSC and any other ones that may be there. A little more info for you, the reason there is no power form the engine is that the computer is aware of the problem and has put the system into a failsafe mode which only allows a throttle opening of 20%, we call this the "limp home mode" which allows the driver to get home or some other safe place. Looking foreward for your response.
