Toyota Repair: timing?, good answer
QuestionHi, my son is driving to Chicago- but the timing is off- when he slows down, stops or idles- the engine revs- it happened before- should he abort the trip or can he make it about 300 miles.
AnswerI don't have a good answer for you because I don't know what could be wrong with the engine, you didn't tell me what year or model it is and how many miles and how do we know the timing is the problem? The best advise I can give is to not drive a car for 300 miles that has a known problem.
