Toyota Repair: Dome, door ajar & ignition light stay on, blown fuse, fuse panel

All of a sudden these lights stay on after the car is off.  1990 Celica GT,
230,000 miles; manual trans., if that's relevant.

Possibly a blown fuse either under the hood or inside fuse panel, check all the fuses with the key on with a testlamp, do these lights go off after the car is started? Are there more than two lights on after the key is off? Check the door switches for the dome light, it's possible that one of the switches is bad or making bad contact with the door, push the switches in by hand and see if the dome light goes off.
