Toyota Repair: 2002 Camry clutch master, clutch master cylinder, clutch problems

Question
My 02 Camry clutch with 65K miles started sliping.  I bought a manual for the car where it stated that the clutch master was located next to the brake master and it isn't there. Withi a day or two the sliping stoped and I forgot about hunting for the master.  This happened three months ago and now the clutch is sliping again.  I do not believe the car has the milage to expect clutch problems. The questions are; where is the clutch master located and how to I check the condition of the clutch?  Thanks, Dave

Answer
The clutch master cylinder is located on the firewall next to the brake cylinder near the fender, it does not cause the clutch to slip, if the clutch slips(the engine revs up but the car doesn't move in corellation with engine speed)then the clutch is slipping and needs attention.
