Toyota Repair: 93 toyota DX air bag light on from switch on steering?, toyota dx, clock spring

I hit horn so hard then sudden air bag light on. ODBC scanner said code says from switcher on steering code error  5 ( I forget which one code 5 or 15 ) . Horn, traffic signal switch etc works fine..so look like switch on steering .. I recalled I saw a picture of where is switcher on left side of steering.. other tech said clip switcher near clock spring ( if honk, etc is not working then replace clock spring..

apprecaite to get info especially few picture so I will get idea where ..

The #15 code indicates that the air bag connector may not be connected, before checking the connector disconnect the battery and wait at least 1 minute, remove the steering wheel and check the connector, if that doesn't solve the problem replace the spiral cable assembly(clock spring).
