Toyota Repair: Traction Control, toyota solara, car manual

Question
Hello, I have a 1999 Toyota Solara V6 SLE. My problem is the cars traction control. Everytime I either try to peel out our the car peels out by itself in the snow, the traction control turns off. The only way for me to turn traction is to reset the computer. Can you please tell me what to do or what the problem is? Thanks

Answer
I would check my car manual and see if there is a setting you can set your traction control to. Example: Some cars have an aggressive driver or stop and go setting vs. a highway or efficient setting. The transmission then reacts to the driver of the car by the setting. If it goes beyond this I would consult Toyota and ask.
