I just bought a 2001 Dbl cab tacoma with a v6 and 60k miles is there a timing and when should it be changed. When should the oil be changed in the transfer case, axles  and automatic trans

Yes it has a timing belt and the replacement is recommended at 90,000 miles, the engine oil should be changed every 5,000 miles, I would recommend every 3,000 miles, it keeps the oil a lot cleaner, the transmission etc should be changed every 30,000 miles as well as the coolant.
