Toyota Repair: Lights on, autoparts store, autozone

I have 49,000.00 miles on my car and this morning my Check Engine and VSC Trac light came on.  What did I do? What is wrong?

I can't be of any help unless I know what the trouble codes are that may be in the computer, if there is a major autoparts store nearby such as autozone or kragen they will get the code with the code reader at no charge and then you can let me know what they are and I can then give some advice on what to do next.
