Toyota Repair: Car dies/stalls with A/C on..., vacuum hoses, toyota corolla

Question
I have a '93 Toyota Corolla, and when leaving a stop sign or light it stalls/dies when the A/C is on. When I try to take off, the gas pedal just sinks down. If it dies, it starts right back up and is fine til the next stop. If it stalls, it'll stutter and then with a few taps on the gas pedal will take off.

Strange thing is, as long as I have no A/C on it runs perfectly fine. I assume it's the same situation with the heater, because as long as that switch is on an air setting it'll die/stall. It's just been mostly A/C because of the hot weather.

I talked with a co-worker and he suggested it could be not enough rpm because of a bad A/c motor solenoid. So I looked for such a thing in my Toyota repair book and found nothing. Only things I found were A/c amplifier and A/c Idle-up VSV. Any clue if what he suggested could be the case, and if so where it's located. Or maybe it has a different name because I'm finding nothing. And if it's not it, what could it be? Any and all help is much appreciated. I enjoy reading about the other problems and solutions on this site, keep up the great work!

Answer
The a/c idle up vsv is probably the problem, it's located on the firewall and has two vacuum hoses and an electrical connector, some of them were adjustable, look for a white plastic adjustment wheel on the valve, if turning it has no effect and the hoses are connected try replacing the valve.
