Toyota Repair: no passenger heat, flapper valve, side vents

i own a 2003 corolla ce. The problem is no heat from any of the passenger side vents. This includes the floor vent, defrost vent and dash vent.. Just cold air. The driver side vents all work just fine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I did take it to a goodyear mechanic. They say everything seems fine with flapper valve. Could this be a heater core issue. The car only has 60,000 miles.

If you get hot air from the left side then its a vent control issue.Either a cable or some linkage,youll have to look under the dash and see what you see. Look for something popped off or disconnected.
If no hot air at all then its a vale or heater core problem.
