Toyota Repair: engine missing & stalling after gas tank fill up, service bulletins, p0300

Question
2000 toyota camery 4 cylinder automatic 70000 miles. After filling gas tank full, sometimes car misses  and sometimes cuts off.  There is good pressure when removing gas cap. Check engine light is on with p0446, which is evaporator control vent, and p0300 which is multi cylinder system misfire. Is this something a shadtree mechanic like me could fix, or do i need to take to a dealer?  It only does this after filling gas tank full. Thanks.

Toyota has issued service bulletins that address both of these conditions, TSB EG013-03 addresses the Po446 code and TSB EG004-03 addresses the random multiple misfire condition, the latter may still be covered under the emission control warranty, I can email a copy of both the bulletins to you if you can give me an email address, I know that at times it's hard to reply via the expert site so I'm going to give you my email address and you may contact me diretly> tedrttr@yahoo.com/
