Toyota Repair: Changing a Toyota Avalon Starter., toyota avalon, positive cable

My girlfriends mother has the above mentioned car and mentioned it isn't starting right.  I listened to it and it seems like the bearings are bad, and it needs a new one.  Where is the starter?  It's a bit dark and I've been looking around, can't seem to locate it, how difficult is it to get to in order to change?  I've changed starters, motors, etc before, just don't have a Chilton to look up the location, and I want to know how much hassle it is before I volunteer my Sunday to work on it.

It's not very difficult to replace, both mounting bolts can be reached from the top.
Standing in front of the engine the starter is located near the radiator towards the right, locate the positive cable from the battery and follow it down it will lead to the starter.
