Toyota Repair: noise, toyota corolla 2001, drive belt tensioner

Question
I have a toyota corolla 2001. There is a noise that comes from the right side when I start the engine after I put it in drive the noise is still there but disappears after I accelerate. Sometimes there is no noise. The noise resembles a vibration or like bellowing of a whale.

Answer
This noise is caused by the drive belt tensioner and toyota had issued a service bulletin that addresses this condition(refer to bulletin TSB-EG015-01), your toyota dealer can help with this, it involves replacing the drive belt tensioner and the drive belt.
