Toyota Repair: 1990 Toyota Celica Engine fan, temp guage, toyota celica

Hello Mike, My name is Dwayne. The engine fan in my Celica is constatly running, from first start up, without stopping whatsoever. Any ideas on how to get it to cut-out and work properly like its supposed to. My temp guage is working properly. Thanks a lot for your help.

there is a switch in the radiator at the bottom, or in the coolant passage by the lower radiator hose.
it may be bad or the wire may have come off the switch.
Its a normally closed circuit. when you braek the connection it trips the fan relay
