Toyota Repair: engine overheating, radiator cap, toyota camry

Question
I have a 93 toyota camry v6.  The radiator and thermostat have been replaced a few months ago due to overheating and the problem is back.  Can a bad water pump cause the problem and if so how can I test for that?   If that isn't an issue what ideas can you give me?

Answer
sure
if it doesnt circulate the water thru the radiator she'll overheat.
Take Radiator cap off COLD and run vehicle, look in the rad and see if you see the coolant circulates.
Also the engine will get hot but not the radiator if no circulation.
