Toyota Repair: Indicators not working, wiring loom, fuse panel

Question
I plugged in a trailer plug to my surf and found the wiring loom on the trailer had been crushed; now the turn signals on my 94 Toyota Surf have stopped working...
I tried to find a fuse but all the ones I could find under the hood looked ok

The reason I can't help at this time is that I really have no idea what a Surf is, they are not sold under that name in the US but I'm sure we have the same model just by a different name, any help you could give me to identify this model to me would help, maybe the VIN#.
By the way, most toyotas have another fuse panel inside, it's located on the lower dash just to the left of the steering wheel under a removeable cover.
