Toyota Repair: toyota camry 1996, toyota camry, battery connections

Question
i have a 1996 toyota camry 2 doors i got a question about the engine check light does it go away on its own after the problem has been fixed or does it hafto be erased with a obd and thanks about the o2 sensor being bad on my p0125 problem  havent got one yet but ill let you now if it doesnt work

In some cases it can turn off by itself but will come back as soon as the computer detects the problem two times, some times the light can be turned off by removing the battery connections or by removing the EFI fuse and reconnecting after ten seconds.
