Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyota Sienna Leaking Water, drain tubes, winshield

Question
I have a 2000 Sienna with 52,000 miles.  I bought it 3 months ago and just noticed that the rugs are soaked with water after it snows or rains in both the drivers and passenger side front, particularly near the outside edge.  To my knowledge it has never been in an accident and the winshield appears to be original.  I have no idea where this could be coming in, can you help?

Answer
If it has a sunroof it's possible that one of the drain tubes that is supposed to direct the water from the drain channel to the ouside is either clogged or has become disconnected, there are two drain tubes in the front and two in the rear, the headliner has to be dropped down to inspect for this. If it doesn't have a sunroof let me know.
