Toyota Repair: 1999 SLEv6, bleeder valves, man job

Question
Thank you in advance, I have seen all your accolades and feel I am in good hands.
I own a 1999 Solara SLE v6.  I had to change the fron/right caliper recently, as it had locked up and was frozen on...which took the pads, and rotor with it. I replaced both rotors up front, and pads.  My problem is it will not bleed properly.  I must have ran a pint of fluid through it.  Standard two man job..one up front, one running the brakes.  Press, press, press untill I get a pedal, hold, bleed. I have succesfully bled many brakes before, and am unsure why they wont bleed.  MY brake light is intermittently coming on as well.  This did nto happen prior to the brake swap. Someone told me that possibly the cpu had to be reset, but I am not sure.  Did we just not bleed it enough? Maybe the new caliper had an air pocket or something? I just need direction I suppose.  Thanks again so much for the help
Shane

Answer
Check to make sure the calipers were not mixed up from left to right, look at the bleeder valves they should be in the up position, there is nothing to reset, there is still air in the system, if it has ABS it may take longer than usual to get all the air out.
