Toyota Repair: 1995 avalon valve gasket cover replacement, fuel delivery system, intake plenum

The valve cover gaskets on my 95 Avalon are leaking. Any advice re: intake manifold removeal? I'd hate to muck up smog/fuel delivery system.

While I'm in there I'd like to adjust valves as needed.

Who has a good manual on his car?

This is not an easy job,if you really want to undertake this get the factory repair manual from the dealer, the intake manifold doesn't have to be removed just the intake plenum chambers on top of it, the front cover is no problem it's the rear one that is hard to get to there is very little room.
