Toyota Repair: Setting an IDLE, toyota 4runner, adjustment screw

Im attempting to set my idle on my 1990 toyota 4runner 3.0l. Where do I located the idle valve and what is the proper setting. It currently stalls when I let off the gas, however, drives fine when Im constantly giving her gas.

There is an idle speed adjustment screw on the throttle body, it may be covered with a small rubber plug, you should see it standing in front of the engine. Turn the screw until it gets to about 800 rpm, if you still have an idle problem please get back to me.
