Toyota Repair: EFI, airflow meter, fuel pump relay

Question
I have a 1989 Toyota pickup with the 22R-E motor.
The problem that I am having is as soon as I turn the switch on it blows the 15 Amp EFI Fuse. I thought that I had it traced back to the EFI ECU but that did not fix the problem. I also try another Fuel Pump because that is in the same circuit but that was not the problem. Any suggestions.

Answer
Try disconnecting the airflow meter and see if the fuse stays intact, this fuse also supplies current to the fuel pump relay and the circuit opening relay, one of them could be internally shorted to ground, also try disconnecting the o2 sensors since they also get their current from the red and white wire, this is where I think the problem is.
