Toyota Repair: 2001 Toyota Sienna Fuel Filter & Spark Plug Replacement, toyota sienna, project thanks

How difficult is it to replace the Fuel Filter and Spark Plugs on my 2001 Sienna. Are there any printed instructions available for this project?

The fuel filter is in the gas tank and is not serviceable, the spark plugs on the front are easy to get to, the ones in the back are very difficult to remove, if you are interested in still doing it yourself I can send you a couple of pages from the repair manual, I will need an email address.
