Toyota Repair: 90 Camry Power Window, ametuer, window regulator

The Driver's side window must be partially "pulled up" by hand to roll up and down, and still doesn't get completely straight.  The motor works fine, it seems that the window is off its track.  Is this an easy fix for me(an ametuer)?  And if not, is it very costly to fix professionally?  Any support would be greatly appreciated.

THE WINDOW REGULATOR IS BAD.I WOULD TAKE IT TO THE DEALER. THE PART INSTALLED WILL RUN ABOUT 200 OR SO. THE REASON WHY ISAY TAKE IT TO THE DEALER IS BEACUSE IT WILL BE WARRENTIED FOR ONE YEAR THE PART. IF YOU DO IT YOUR SELF AND MESS UP(WHICH IS POSSIBLE) YOUR OUT OF LUCK THEN. PAUL P.
