Toyota Repair: air conditioning, 1986 toyota cressida, toyota cressida

I have a 1986 Toyota Cressida. The fuse on my environmental control system keeps blowing lately after the system has been operating normally from all other aspects for a while.  Any thoughts?

My best guess without looking at a wiring diagram and knowing exactly which fuse is blowing, is that there could be either a problem with the a/c compressor or it's clutch or possibly a interior fan problem something is drawing too much current, that's about all the help I can be right now based on the information I have.
