Toyota Repair: HELP PLEASE, wheel bearing, consistant basis

Question
I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS. ON MY 1996 TOY CAMRY 90K
1)JUST RECENTLY THE CAR HAS STARTED DOING A DULL SQUEAL WHEN I GO TO BACK UP IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS COMING FROM UNDERNEATH ON THE FRONT END RT.
2)THE CAR MAKES PITCHED CHIRP OR SQEUAL THAT HAPPENS WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION BUT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN ON A CONSISTANT BASIS AND WILL STOP WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKES.
DO ANY OF THESE ?'S HAVE A COMMON ANSWER AND IF SO ARE THEY READILY FIXABLE SAY BY MY FATHER OR DO I NEED A MECHANIC.
--I BOUGHT THE CAR USED IN 99' AND HAVE ALREADY REPLACED THE BRAKES.
CAN A EMRGENCY BRAKE BE ADJUSTED ECT...

Answer
I don't know your fathers qualification or technical abilities so I can't answer that question.
You can check to see if the front brake backing plates are not touching the rotors, other than that, there may be a wheel bearing that is failing, you can raise the car of the ground and spin the wheel and see if there is any noise, if the wheel feels loose the bearing is bad, hope this helps you, let me know.
