Toyota Repair: 1994 4Runner fuse blows, toyota 4runner, loose cables

Question
I have a 1994 Toyota 4Runner V6 4X4 with about 155K miles. I was driving one day and the truck stops. I towed it and my mechanic said it was a fuse (# 30) he change it and the car start and drove around for a day and the fuse blow up again. and change the fuse and drive around and it blows up again. Could you tell me what exactly is causing the fuse to keep blowing up. My mechanic said a loose cable is probably not grounded well. Any idea what that cable could be. Or anything different.

Answer
Loose cables don't cause fuses to blow, a short circuit to ground does.
I have absolutely no idea what the cable is he is talking about but it doesn't matter because that is not the problem anyway.
I can't make a diagnosis why the fuse is blowing, it's just not possible without doing some tests on the car I suggest you have a toyota dealer look at it.
