Toyota Repair: defective upper tower strut cushions, strut mounts, toyota company

i have a  98 camry in which the upper tower strut cushions are a manufacters defect.please advise me if these are replaced for free by the toyota company since they are a defective product.thank you

The warranty period for any suspension part on a Toyota is 3years/36000 miles, so it seems you are out of that time frame. Toyota does not replace the upper strut mounts for free and does not consider this a manufacturer defect, just normal wear.
