Answer
Don't take anything apart yet until doing some tests.  If the tractor stops moving in first speed, see if the yellow light on the left side of the instrument panel comes on.  If it does, hold down the clutch pedal and count how many times the light flashes.  It could be something simple like a bad pressure switch or solenoid than can be fixed without taking the tractor apart.  The number of flashes tells you where to look for the problem.

1 flash,    shift switch
2 flashes,  offgoing pressure
3 flashes,  temperature sensor
4 flashes,  solenoid circuit
5 flashes,  oncoming pressure
6 flashes,  no or multiple pressures detected

If the light does not come on but the tractor slips or stops moving in first speed, then there is definitely an internal problem.  The cab does not have to be removed to split the tractor.  Drain or pump the fuel out of the fuel tank and remove the tank.  Drain the oil out of the transmission.  Remove the batteries and battery box.  Unbolt the front cab mounts and raise the front of the cab.  Remove the refrigerant from the air conditioning system and disconnect the hoses, or remove the condenser and compressor together and leave the hoses connected.  Disconnect the wiring, throttle cable, steering hoses, oil cooler lines, etc.  Drain the coolant and disconnect the heater hoses.  If a 4 wheel drive, remove the drive shaft.  Unbolt and split the tractor between engine and transmission.  Remove the oil lines and front cover inside the transmission.  The top input shaft for first and third speed can be removed.  To remove the lower shaft for second and fourth speed, remove the cover on the right side of the transmission.  Unbolt and remove the gear from the rear of the lower shaft.  The lower shaft can now be removed.  After taking the shafts apart, the clutch plates and piston seals can be replaced.  Your English writing is good, better than some Americans.
