tractor falls on face when under load or engage pto seems to loose power changed fuel filters blew out fuel lines no air in lines when this happens push in clutch to let rpm build back up then goes back down when engaged in gear

Check your air filter for being plugged or installed backwards. If it is not smoking then you have either a bad pump or fuel restriction like something in the tank. Tank off the return line and see if you have air bubbles in that line. You should have some smoke and that might help diagnosis further. If no smoke then it has to be a fuel issue.
