Tractor Repair: diesel fuel line replacement, secondary fuel, steel line

Question
I have an early Model 135 MF diesel. I need to replace an injector line coming from the secondary fuel filter. On the original steel line the end fittings had a brass ferral. On the replacement ordered, the line shows an "olive" ending... that is an end flange followed by a neoprene (I guess)gasket then followed by the same type threaded nut as the original. Will this make up properly?

Answer
i recon it should normally the type of pipe your after buying seals up a lot better than the older ones and put up with being removed a few times a lot better, as the older ones tended to need to be put on tighter and tighter every time they were removed as the metal gets hard from being fitted so it also gets harder to seal
