Tractor Repair: hydraulic lines, hydraulic hoses, front end loader

Question
I have a 2 year old kubota bx 2350 with a front end loader and mower. I took the front end loader off for the winter and now I'm putting it back on, but I'm having a problem putting the hydraulic hoses back together.

The couplings go down over the hoses but don't lock and therefore they don’t fully connect. In fact I can pull them back off with ease. I've bled the lines as much as possible by moving the front end loader joystick up and down and also by pressing the small button on top of the hoses that come off the tractor. I just can't seem to get the coupling to snap on and lock.

can you help?

Answer
Sorry about the delayed response I had Internet issues.  I do not know what kind of couplers it has but most have the Female side had a collar on it that needs to be slide back before installing the male end. If the Female end has any debris like dirt it is going need a good cleaning. Other than that you could have a bad female end that won't release and might need to be replaced.
