Tractor Repair: Kubota b5200, fuel filter

My Kubota is not getting fuel to the second fuel filter.  I replaced both filters and have the same problem.  What could be the problem

You need to check the on/off valve on the fuel filter housing make sure it is not broken or closed. you might have to take it off and check. It might be a problem with your transfer pump also. Easy way to do it is start from your filter and work backwards see where your problem is.
