Answer
- jack up the front of the unit on a hard flat surface, set the brake, and chock the back tires to keep it from rolling.
- set 2 heavy duty jack stands under the front axle and slowly let the tractor down onto the stands.
-remove the rims/tires from the hub.
-remove the dust cap
-remove the cotter pin
-remove the axle nut and washer
-remove the outer bearing
-pull the hub out towards yourself, if its hard or stuck tap it off with a mallet, rubber or plastic
-take your seal puller and remove the inner bearing seal
-remove the inner bearing
-clean all parts very well
(do not damage or throw out any parts till the job is done in case you were sold the wrong part or need it as a reference, if you have trouble remembering how it goes back together take photos at each step as it comes apart as a reference)
-take your hubs, both of them, to a machine shop and have them remove the old bearing races and set the new ones

once you have your hubs back with the new races set, roll the bearings with grease, more the better. then set the inner bearing in place and set your seal with a seal setter/driver, after that reverse process
