Tractor Repair: 574 international 574, international 574, hydraulic functions

I have a power sterring problem. The issue is when I bought my 574 the power sterring was great but it has now gotton weak no big deal except when I have a load in the front bucket it is hard to turn especialy at slow speeds of course. It seemed to happen all at once.

  If all other hydraulic functions are good, then it could be the power steering relief valve, steering priority valve, or a leaky steering cylinder piston.  A steering pressure test will narrow it down.  If all hydraulics are weak, then possibly the pump is bad.  A flow test of the pump will show if the pump is good or not.
