UK Car Repair: fan/blower in a peugot 405 estate glx 2ltr n reg, peugot 405, fan blower

i have a fan/blower in my peugot and its suddenly stopped working i have checked all three fuses to no no avail is there anything else i should be loooking at thanx in advance

You checked the fuses, now you have to see if the feed is going to the fan, locate the feed wire going to it and check with a test lamp.  If it is difficult to get to the fan, go to the back of the switch and see if you have a feed in, if not, you have to trace it back to the fuse; if you do, then operate the switch to ensure the switch is working, ie, the feed goes through it. If it does then the problem is almost certainly in the relay or motor.
