Volvo Repair: weird idle, bad atitude, vacuum leaks

i have a 95 850 turbo volvo when you let off the gas pedal it takes a couple seconds to idle down. i changed the isc there was a code and all the tests said that it needed to be replaced.any sugestions

       Sorry to say Mike...I do not have a straight answer to your engine idling problem..
          Vacuum leaks..idle control electronics..sticky throttle control unit or related parts and misc. other unknowns.
         If I were you...I'd go back to dealer and ask for refund or a proper diagnosis.Be nice...not a "BAD"
customer with a bad atitude...you'd be surprized how accomadating dealers can be...if you keep your kool.
If you don't get satisfaction...see the owner...after all they made the car,sort of.
          Be kind and you will be rewarded,I think.
