Volvo Repair: Volvo 850 Turbo - horn, seatbelt and AC, problem wounds, volvo 850

Question
I have a 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo, and for most part love it! I have three problems, two of which recently just popped up. My drivers side seat belt is completely tightened up against the car side, and will not pull out. It won't budge. So I have no seat belt. What would cause this? Also, I went out to start my car one day, and the minute I turned the key, the horn started to sound and would NOT go off as long as the key in turned in the ignition (including when the engine is on). So I had to unhook the horn. Also, the AC works great for a bit, then start to blow warmer air until I stop the car. When I restart it, it goes back to cold air again. Any ideas. Many thanks!

Answer
the seat belt is probably a problem inside the seat belt assembly which will need to be replaced.

the horn is due to broken insulator in the steering wheel which will need a new steering wheel.this is a website that sells the insulators.they are not available from the factory.http://www.odometergears.com/subpages/volvo.html

the A/C problem wounds like a bad compressor.when hot it is shutting off due to bad A/C clutch coil.i WOULD REPLACE THE WHOLE COMPRESSOR.
