how do i fix when one lowbeam headlamp is not working(even with new lamp)? 244GL

Answer
If it has a good bulb then it has a wiring failure.  Check first if its ground or power thats missing.  If power is missing then the high beams should work.  If ground is missing then neither will work.  Once you know that follow the corresponding wire and look for an open.  Thats the only thing that could be causing the problem.  It is a time consumning process to find it and you may have to cut open the wiring harness.  Have fun.
