Volvo Repair: brakes, disc brakes, volvo 240

Thank you for your help with my oil change yesterday. Now, I need to put on an all new set of disc brakes. Would it be possible to get a step by step run down of how to do this? Including any specific types for the brakes themselves.I own a 1982 volvo 240 turbo.2 wheel drive if that makes a difference.

This is maybe a little too involved for me to cover. Lot of steps to cover. Should also have basic understanding of how brakes work before attempting repair. Am afraid if I leave out a step, car may not stop.
I would recommend getting Haynes repair manual. They've got photos and instructions on how to do.
As far type of brakes, your fronts should be Girling and rears are ATE. Buying brake pads, I would recommend Repco pads, that's the brand name. Good on wear, performance and noise.

Last note, I prefer replacing rotors than resurfacing.
