Volvo Repair: horn not working, steering wheel, air bag

i have a92 240    the horn will not work from the steering wheel i checked to see if power was going to the horns it is ok   i tested the horns with a direct wire from the battery and the horns sounded  any ideas what to do next  the car has an air bag if i have toremove steering wheel cover what advice

usually a ground in the steering wheel gets loose.it is a wire with an end that is U shaped and sits into the steering wheel aluminum section.this may be better left to someone familiar with airbags as they can be dangerous.if you are doing it yourself disconnect the battery and wait 15 minutes bfore removing the wheel.
