Cadillac: 1985 transmision and injection, pressure tests, shift right

my transmission on my 85 deville doesn't shift right somtimes. When shifting from 1st to second normally shifts at 19 or 20 mph. sometimes will shift into 2nd at 36mph, or maybe it doesn't shift into 2nd at all it could be going straight to 3rd. and I guess I have a deffective injector that a tsb was sent out back in the day, possibly, that's what I heard anyways, well anyways my car dies a lot when the tank is below 3 gallons.  If you can tell me how to fix these issues, I would appreciate it. and thanks for telling me what the codes mean. E30 hasn't come back on yet just f41, cause I have my fans direct to ingnition.

You will need to run some pressure tests on the transmission to find the cause.

You will always have the f41 until you fix the fans correctly.

As for the fuel problem the rubber hose that attaches the fuel pump to the pickup tube is most likely worn out and is sucking air.
