Cadillac: 1997 eldorado power seat inop, electrical schematics, friends mom

hello.1997 eldorado all functions of drivers side power seat are inop.I'm a infiniti master tech and a friends mom is experiencing this problem. can you point me in a direction? all fuses under hood are o.k. is this common? thanks for any help you can give.
