I SENT YOU A QUESTION ABOUT A/C MODULE FOR A 1996
OLDSMOBILE 98 REGENCY I HAVE VACUUM AT THE CONTROL MODULE BUT IT DOEN'T OPEN THE OTHER DIAPHRAMS BUT THEY FUNCTION MANUALLY.SORRY ABOUT THE WRONG E-MAIL BUT I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO BUY THE WHOLE CONTROL BOX.

Without performing all of the required vacuum tests required in the diagnostics manual, Your pretty well stuck with replacing the complete unit.

make sure that you have vacuum at atleast one of the vacuum lines coming into the vacuum block that also connects to the programmer. If you have NO VACUUM anywhere to the programmer start looking for a broken or disconnected vacuum line on the engine and where it goes thru the firewall.
