Chevrolet: 1996 Electrical Problem, inline fuse, wire connections

My 1996 Corvette has a charged battery but will not turn over and no  electrical items have electrical power. Could this be an inline fuse problem? If so, how do I locate all of the inline fuses.

  well did you put the batt. in? does it have a FULL charge still, you might have a bad ground check all the wires from the batt. all must be tight and clean, as far as the fuses the pos. red wire from the batt will have a round plug like thing on it or square they must be good any thing that is on or part of the battery wires should be good, check all wires, as your lights should come on at least check all wire connections . and be sure the batt is good.
