Dodge: 92 Dakota will not start or turn over., starter solenoid, dodge dakota

Question
'92 Dodge Dakota 4x4 6 cylinder 3.9L F.I. This has not been started for a few months. I installed a new battery. Turned the key, all gauges and chimes came on. When I tried to start the engine, nothing happened. There is no clicking or turning over. All fuses check out. On the relay switches all of the switches work, yet the "A/C clutch relay" may not be working. When trying to start the truck, I was watching the relay switch and it did not activate, and yes I have checked the switch, it works properly. Thanks .

Answer
If the fuses are ok and a new battery with power,1 of 3 things.......faulty starter motor or wiring to starter, solenoid bad, faulty ignition switch,Also check to make sure the shift lever is all the way in the park position. If it's a manual transmission the starter motor pinion jammed in the flywheel ring gear.
