my wiper is broken but it's not the wiper its self it's the thing that holds the wiper onto the explorer

Are you referring to the wiper arm? the pivot (part that turns)? the transmission (the linkage that take the motion from the motor to the pivot)? or the motor itself?

These pieces can be purchased seperately from dealer, jobber, or auto wrecker/ dismantler and are easy to instal.
